i think i got Potassium Hydroxide's disease.
everytime during laboratory work, i tend to be very fussy on things.
like for example;
1. the distilled water measured using the cylinder is not measured along the water's curve but at the tip. i will wait for the person to go away, then i'll add a drop of water to make it accurate.
2. when powdered agar and culture nutrient are weighed, and mixed in a water. i will feel the unsatisfaction that someone in my group had left out some bits of powdered culture nutrient on the weighing boat. that'll make the amount of mixture added become different!
3. when using the separation funnel to extract a solution from a double layered solution. i will warn them not to shake until the solution touches the cap.
4. when filtering precipitate out of a solution. i will rinse the precipitate with the filtrate again and again until most of the precipitate comes out of the beaker's wall.
5. etc..
see? ish--
and now my groupmates are calling me the "Noble prized" person just because i fussed on these things.
too much 'scolding' from Mrs Koh last time and this is what happens. =.=
